About networx

networx provides HR Departments with the technology they need to manage their own recruitment activity. They also provide an agency style service to help them attract candidates and manage them through to offer. It's through their ability to combine these two elements and the expertise of their team, that enable them to provide a unrivalled solution to any organisation.

Their software continues to evolve every quarter and includes the latest technologies and supports the latest recruitment trends. With just over 50 employees, networx remains a small family orientated business but with ambitious goals. Many of their employees have worked with the business for over 10 years and many more are approaching this milestone.

These people have been instrumental to the success of the business and the directors are always on hand to recognise the valuable contributions that each and every employee makes and welcomes the injection of new employees to help refresh ideas and further strengthen the team as a whole.

The Directors play an active role in the development of managers and hold regular meetings to discuss performance before outlining areas of improvement and making suggestions for the next 3 months. Where required external trainers or courses will be undertaken.
