About Newable

Founded in 1982, Newable work with businesses at the heart of the economy, unleashing potential, building resilience and championing inclusive growth. Newable strive to unleash the extraordinary potential of British business men and women by placing equal emphasis on making a profit commercial from, and the social impact of, their activities.

Newable is values-driven business, and these values were defined as the result of a companywide engagement process. The five values are: dream big; get going; grow together; always improve and pass it on.

The company is also dedicated to promoting a positive working environment for its workforce.

They produced a brochure entitled ‘Making an Impact’, which is an annual review that showcases the valuable work that staff do across the business providing support that generates inclusive growth.

The board decided to commit this document as a companion piece to the formal annual report and accounts to ensure that the business remains connected and committed to their purpose and values.
