Newark and Sherwood Homes are a local landlord, property developer and provider of housing management services to Newark and Sherwood District Council and others. From five sites across the region, the organisation’s vision is simple: delivering excellent housing services.

They look to achieve this vision through providing excellent service, which is reflected through a set of core values: customer first, valuing everyone, delivering excellence, continuous improvement and value for money, and sharing information.

The organisation’s Back to the Track programme sees the Chief Executive work alongside a front-line member of staff for the day in order to engage with members of staff at all levels. Rebecca also attends the staff conference and staff recognition ceremonies.
