About Newark and Sherwood Homes

Newark and Sherwood Homes are a local landlord, property developer and provider of housing management services to Newark and Sherwood District Council and others. From five sites across the region, the organisation’s vision is simple: delivering excellent housing services.

They look to achieve this vision through providing excellent service, which is reflected through a set of core values: customer first, valuing everyone, delivering excellence, continuous improvement and value for money, and sharing information.

Newark and Sherwood Homes place a great focus on being a positive place of work for its employees, offering a range of benefits in order to promote a happy and passionate working environment.

Chief Executive Rebecca Rance has been with the organisation since its inception in 2004. She is highly visible, choosing not to have her own office and working alongside members of staff at all levels on a daily basis.
