The Next Stage Training Team ensures every member of the support team have a minimum standard of NVQ level 3 and partners with Bolton College to ensure the highest quality of the training and support. Next Stage trains employees up to degree level but also offers shorter courses with their external partner, B2W Group, who run 6-12 week programmes on specific subjects such as medication, learning disabilities and business support.
Employees are encouraged to work across different sites allowing them to gain experience in supporting different people and therefore building their working practice knowledge.
