The company recently introduced a ‘Walk & Talk’ group session for one of their meetings where the team went on a short ramble through the local countryside, talking about current work. Afterwards they went for coffee and cake. This was a great success and will be introduced quarterly.

The business has introduced a five-a-side football league outside of work that all staff are encouraged to support. Those who play have found that it helps informal forms of communication outside the workplace and those who are not always in contact with one another get the chance to form relationships.
