Northumbrian Water Group provides water and sewerage services to 2.7 million people in the North East of England and water services to 1.8 million people in South East England.

The organisation are dedicated to providing customers with an unrivalled service, and endeavour to do so through 14 ambitious goals, which were outlined in their business plan for 2020 - 2025.

With strong values, Northumbrian Water Group wants to eradicate water poverty in all service areas by 2030, as well as being a leader within the water sector and beyond.

In 2018, they launched the ‘Everyone Home Safe Every Day’ safety programme. Although focusing primarily on safety, this has been expanded to cover wellbeing issues too. All meetings now start with a ‘safety share’ so staff can share learnings on health, safety and wellbeing.
