The company maintains good practice for communication through quarterly town halls, weekly and monthly meetings, a HR open door policy and regular company email communications from the CEO and VP HR. NTT Data also has various departmental forums that employees are encouraged to use regularly and usage is monitored by the company. The business actively participates in fundraising activities like pub quizzes and charity cycle rides, as well as holding relationship dinners, cricket matches and ‘cocktail hours’ where employees can collaborate and socialise.

To be selected for a Recognition Award, employees must demonstrate outstanding commitment and achievement. For a bronze Award staff receive £250, for silver Award's £500 and for the Gold Award it is £1,000. In addition there is the Team Award Team event, where rewarded individuals and teams are recognised in Town Hall meetings and presented with a glass trophy.
