By offering high-quality investment, wealth management and financial advice services at a fraction of the cost to the traditional provider, Nutmeg are helping generations of people achieve their life goals.
Nutmeg was the result of their founder wanting transparency in the investment world and wanting to open up wealth management. They are the UK's first online discretionary investment management company. Everyone who works at Nutmeg is striving for the same goal of democratising wealth management.
Nutmeg are a collaborative workforce, always sharing information through lunch and learns and meet ups. Along with working together, employees like to socialise together in and out of work with boardgame nights, craft beer events, pool tournaments and other sporting activities such lunch time yoga sessions.
Lunchtime yoga is just a small part of Nutmeg's passion for promoting wellbeing within the workplace. During their 'wellbeing' week, Nutmeg promoted a step challenge where the business formed teams and competed to see who could do the highest number of steps during the week. There were other activities such as a daily herbal tea serving during the afternoon where they encouraged employees to take time away from their desks to try different flavoured teas. They also provide flu jabs for employees in the office and healthchecks through their PMI provider.
