About Nwes

Established in 1982, Nwes are one of the largest not-for-profit enterprise agencies in the UK, providing total business support while boosting self-employment and encouraging enterprise.

Working across 20 sites, the organisation is committed to supporting new and growing businesses. They believe in the dignity and worth of every individual and actively encourage new ideas and improvements to the way they carry out business.

Nwes also place a key focus on being a great place to work, and promise that a career at the organisation will achieve personal satisfaction while enabling staff to lead a balanced life. The organisation promises to invest in the training and development of each employee, and fosters teamwork and enthusiasm.

Chief Executive Kevin Horne adopts a personable approach to his role, and looks to ensure every employee feels valued as an individual. Kevin regularly makes visits to the 20 UK sites and is heavily involved in all employee development.

In addition to having arranged some health and safety training courses, Nwes have enrolled on to an AAT course, as well as arranging telephone skills and confidence building skills for additional members of staff.
