Octagon hold a weekly lunchtime "Masterclass sessions" led by Senior Managers to better acquaint employees with different aspects of the business that they would not necessarily be exposed to. Different teams are asked to prepare a 30 minute session with a Q&A. They provide a free lunch on-site for all attendees.

Octagon foster a culture of realistic workloads and targets to encourage not working extended hours. If it is necessary to work a weekend or public holiday Octagon offer time off in lieu to employees.
