About OEE Consulting

OEE Consulting transform and improve large organisations in the UK and globally. Their approach delivers dramatic and sustainable change across financial results, organisational culture and customer experience.

The company was set up in Oxford in 1997. That’s still the headquarters today under Managing Director Mark Palmer, although they now have a global reach, with more than 200 consultants and trainers working internationally across multiple disciplines and languages.

OEE Consulting are the leading specialist in operations improvement and transformation. They work with FTSE-listed businesses, leading academic institutions and the public sector.

Through consulting capability and acclaimed learning and development, OEE Consulting help clients turn business strategy into operational reality.

Most employees agree that OEE Consulting are hands-down the best, most-supportive employers they’ve worked for. The firm celebrates their contributions as part of a Christmas event, with the top three highlights of the year put in the spotlight through a video created by the marketing team.
