About Ogilvie Fleet Limited

Ogilvie Fleet are the contract hire, leasing and fleet-management experts. Their reputation is built on an ability to deliver bespoke solutions and award-winning levels of customer service.

With a turnover of more than £200m and a history dating back to 1953, Ogilvie Fleet now have more than 400 employees under Managing Director Gordon Stephen and are headquartered in Stirling.

The firm delivers a family-company service ethos and large-company buying power. IT is central to providing services, but it’s always hand in hand with a great team of people.

It’s all resulted in a huge list of awards including the Business Car Awards Leasing Company of the Year, Business Car Awards Customer Service Award, Business Car Techies Award for Best Leasing and Contract Hire System, plus many more.

Key to their success is keeping staff happy with a profit-related bonus scheme on a sliding scale from 8% to 15%, with the last three years achieving 15%.

Until 2012, the bonus was a fixed amount, awarding one month’s salary on achievement of the target; it is now a sliding scale ranging from 8% to 15%, with the last four years hitting the maximum amount.
