As Omni is a responsible organisation and aims to ensure its employees benefit from a healthy and stress-free workplace environment, they recognise that exercise is an effective combatant of stress and hold several fitness orientated events for all employees throughout the year. Over the last 12 months, Omni has sponsored and promoted the annual Dragon Boat Race 2015 and Omni Rounders. The company consider this approach to be innovative because it doesn't just promote health through engaging ways, but also alleviates stress within the workplace through offering all employees an opportunity to partake in activities which unify the employees into a continuously more supportive and inclusive community.

As an open and transparent business, Omni utilises an array of working practices to boost team interaction - including weekly and monthly meetings across all business units. The most notable example of this is the weekly Account Manager meetings which are dedicated to providing employees the opportunity to raise operational and workplace challenges they're currently experiencing within a supportive forum. Once an issue has been raised, and a round of questions posed, each Account Manager is given an opportunity to suggest a solution in a bid to reach a successful outcome. Omni believes that inclusive initiatives such as this not only create new two-way channels of communication within a team, but also builds trust among employees and ultimately enhances employee engagement and productivity.

Omni communicates all elements of their brand to employees on an ongoing basis through various channels. The most unique and effective method of broadcasting the company's mission, values and vision is the use of illustrative and brand-led wall graphics which were installed in 2015 across both Manchester and London offices. This extensive array of artwork underpin and illustrate exactly who Omni is and what they aim to achieve going forward - thereby serving as a constant reminder to all employees.
