About OneFile

OneFile are an all-in-one software business that promote learning and development, used among colleges, employers and training providers around the world. This is a brand with a can-do attitude, as well as a dedication to collaboration and continuous improvement, which are reflected in the way they do business.

They’ve also got big plans for the future, and aim to shape the futures of one million people through use of their software by 2020.

All members of staff live and breath the company values, and they’re encouraged to do so in training sessions and when they are giving and receiving feedback.

OneFile have taken considerable steps to ensure employee engagement is always high, even restructuring their senior management to ensure they always had time to collaborate with the rest of the team when it comes to making decisions that affect the business.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Susanna Lawson hosts regular drop-in sessions, which have been incredibly popular for staff to get to know her.
