About Openwork Limited

Openwork’s services and support enable financial advisors to provide high-quality advice and products to clients in all areas of financial planning.

Chief Executive Officer Mark Duckworth and Chairman Christopher Rodrigues head a Swindon company with a strong shareholder base and a professional community of more than 3,600 financial advisors across the group.

Few organisations have pledged as much to good causes as Openwork. One of its reasons for being was to lend its strength and influence to charity.

That’s why the company set up the Openwork Foundation in 2005. Since then, the Foundation has raised more than £18m for thousands of disadvantaged children.

Services range from examination support and quality control, to business development and over-the-phone technical expertise.

Most importantly, the 400-strong firm gives advisors access to carefully selected providers across the mortgage, protection, pensions, investment and general-insurance markets.

Monthly award winners enjoy a London event - last year, this was an all expenses paid trip to the Shard and the Ice Bar as well as a Thames boat trip. All 400 staff also attend an annual party in a prestigious venue with dinner, drinks and entertainment.
