Openwork supply financial products to a network of financial adviser enterprises across the UK.
Openwork has been through various iterations in it's history, staring as Allied Dunbar and moving to Zurich Advice Network. They went their own way in 2005 and became fully independent from Zurich in 2018. They are the masters of their own destiny which includes having a fantastic long term incentive plan for their colleagues.
The long-term incentive scheme looks to reward colleagues for their service. For everyone who joined Openwork before January 2018 there's an additional enhanced award. This additional award recognises the contribution made to their success up until now. The longer a colleague has been with the company, the larger the award. They have a long stop date and a value they need to reach for the scheme to kick in but this shows their commitment to both their colleagues and advisers and demonstrates how they are all partners working together.
Openwork also have 'Colleague of the Month/ Year' and 'Team of the Year' awards. The colleague of month gets an award of £150 and a parking space for that month right outside of the building which is a premium but many of their fantastic colleagues auction this off and give their profits to the 'Openwork Foundation.'
