  • What we do:
    We are a registered social landlord, managing over 6,500 homes in London and Hertfordshire. We provide affordable housing in our communities as well as related care and support services to the people who live in them. We build new homes which provide quality housing at a subsidised rent available for those on lower incomes. Other homes we build are available on a part-rent, part-buy (or shared ownership) basis for customers who aspire to own their own home but who cannot afford a full mortgage at market rates. We also build some homes for outright sale, because the profits from the sales help to finance our charitable activities.

My Manager
Origin offer a development programme for the next generation of managers, called Rising Stars. The 12 month course is a mixture of workshops delivered by internal and external trainers and also includes structured mentoring. Included is action-learning through group project work culminating in the delivering a presentation to Executive team and to board members.

Each month a team hosts a tea at three session. The team can be a cross organisation project team or a team in department. Here they give an overview on their key priorities and what it means for the rest of the business in an informal way.
