About Orion Electrotech Ltd

Orion Electrotech provide skilled labour and blue and white collar contractors to the gas, construction, engineering and manufacturing sectors.

The long term success that Orion has seen can be attributed to many factors, but one of the most critical components that has been instrumental in this long term success has been their ability to recruit, train, develop and retain their high performing and key personnel. From the conception of the company, the directors recognised that their ability to retain key personnel would have a direct correlation with the ability to retain clients and gain repeat business through strong relationships and improved service levels.

Orion communicate openly and honestly and plan long term, but perhaps most importantly there is the right blend of working hard and having fun within the workplace.

In order to support the wellbeing of employees, Orion provide free fruit and breakfast for all, and massages are available on site once a month in both offices. Charity events held in the office provide a welcome break from work every now and then, and company events in the summer and Christmas help everyone bond outside of work.
