About Orion Electrotech Ltd

Orion Electrotech provide skilled labour, and blue-collar and white-collar contractors to industries across the UK, including gas, engineering and aerospace.

Formed in 1996 by Director Chris Benham, Reading-based Orion has grown organically and received many industry awards and glowing testimonials. Turnover will reach £30 million this financial year and more than 84% of business is repeat business.

Orion has more than 50 specialist recruitment consultants in offices in Reading and Aylesbury across five core market sectors – engineering, gas, aerospace, construction and technology.

They can offer candidates and clients both contract and permanent recruitment services, along with invaluable advice from the combined experience of the team, many of whom have been engineers themselves.

Staff stay on average 6.6 years, attracted by good salaries plus excellent commission, monthly and quarterly bonuses, holiday incentives, health insurance, gym membership, family days out and childcare vouchers.
