As a not-for-profit social housing organisation, Paradigm Housing provides affordable homes for people who would otherwise be priced out of the housing market.
Paradigm started life as the very first large scale voluntary stock transfer in the 1980's, which saw properties owned by Chiltern District Council transferring in ownership and management to the charity which was at the time known as Chiltern Hundreds Charitable Housing Association. In the 30 years that has followed, the organisation has grown to provide 15,000 affordable homes for rent and sale across the South East and London.
Paradigm have big ideas and there is opportunity for everyone to stand up and drive improvement. Their staff body is made up of diverse employees, in every sense. They have a great benefits package, free parking, and their head office is located in a beautiful setting.
The social housing provider recognises and says thank you to people who are doing good work around the business as part of their celebrating success scheme, using 'Paradigm points'. They celebrate those people around Paradigm who demonstrate values in action. Under their reward and recognition scheme staff make nominations for colleagues or teams who then receive points which can be redeemed against a range of rewards online.
