About Parogon Group

With venues including bars, restaurants, tipi's, function rooms and menus offering fantastic food and drink, Parogon deliver passionate service for all occasions across Staffordshire and Cheshire.

Due to a void in the premium dining sector within Staffordshire in 2007, four school friends from different professional backgrounds joined together with a vision to bring a new restaurant experience to the area.

The Swan with Two Necks, a failing but landmark site, was transformed from a building in disrepair to a stylish country pub and restaurant with freshly cooked food and a dash of glamour unseen in the area before.

Their original ambition still guides them today as they expand to bring an experience to their customers that is firmly based on great menus and service.

Prudent financial controls have enabled the company to achieve a level of independence and a core strength not often seen in this market sector.

An ethos of promotion from within has generated a host of opportunities for employees from all disciplines to achieve their personal goals while contributing to the success of the business. Progression is not only an option, it is expected, facilitated and nurtured for the good of all. Parogon Group offers a supportive and thriving environment for employees to fulfil their potential through individual growth and share in their passion for excellence, driven by their desire to simply look after their guests and make them happy.

Giving Something Back
Giving Something Back
The desire to get rid of unnecessary paperwork and printing saw the organisation dramatically change their daily and weekly paperwork process at the beginning of the year.
