About Partners in Costs Ltd

Partners in Costs (PIC) are an expert team of costs lawyers and draftsmen committed to putting the profit back into legal costs.

Established in 1996, Doncaster-based PIC are a claimant-only cost firm specialising in a tailor-made service agreement to suit the client.

Flexibility allows the firm to provide a broad array of solutions. From any of their nationwide offices, they we can put together a bespoke team, including CILEx members, solicitors and some of the UK’s foremost costs lawyers.

PIC are experts in budget management, offer a full-costs service, are a claimant-only firm and offer a fast turnaround. They promise to maximise recovery and reduce lock-up.

There’s an annual review system and all managers are evaluated and given feedback formally every six months and informally every month. The internal appraisal programme is run by the HR Manager. Shadowing and management development opportunities are also available.

There’s mentoring from people who already have the relevant qualifications. The HR Manager has an A1 Assessor qualification so they can guide the apprentices through their apprenticeship in conjunction with a training provider.
