What is it like to work for Paxton

Adam walks the floor daily and has regular contact with many employees with the projects and activities he’s involved in. He eats lunch in the Paxton Cafe every day, sits informally with people and can be seen playing pool or table-top football with staff.
Recent workshops have been on healthy eating, stress management and financial wellbeing. This last one was something that isn’t taught in school but is a major contributor to stress. They also offer free fruit every day, healthy-eating options in the cafe and Smoothie Fridays.
Giving Something Back
Giving Something Back
Paxton do volunteering days for community initiatives. Every year, they plan around four activities, which could be helping out Raystede (an animal welfare centre) to cleaning up areas of outstanding natural beauty. Last year, they paid for an employee to take part in the Brighton Marathon.
