The health and well-being of all their employees is vital to ensure their company continues to be successful. Therefore they ensure that all roles and tasks being undertaken have been risk assessed and appropriate measures put in place to ensure the health and well-being of their employees are not adversely impacted by their activities. An effective way of ensuring this is that they have a GP who comes attends their location at least once a month to undertake general health checks and offer advice. This is available to all employees.

Peak Scientific hold a S.W.O.T meeting every year with a cross section of staff from each department in the company. They then analyse their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and use the information to come up with improvement projects for the following year. These projects are progressed by groups made up of people from different departments within the company, they also hold 2 monthly review meetings to update on their progress.
