About Peldon Rose

Peldon Rose are a London office-interiors business, providing workplace consultancy, space design and fit-out, furniture, project management and maintenance. They work with end-clients and landlords.

Founded in 1986, Peldon Rose take the time to learn about clients’ businesses. With a diverse network of clients, they transform workplaces across London. They’ve collected 33 awards and now employ 80 staff under Chief Executive Officer Jitesh Patel (‘JP’).

Peldon Rose are made up of in-house specialists covering everything from workplace consultants to furniture planners, mechanical and electrical experts to designers and aftercare maintenance and support teams.

It’s a completely integrated way of working made possible by close relationships with partners. High-profile clients include Pret, Google, JustGiving, SEGA, Louis Vuitton, Office Space in Town and Save the Children.

Peldon’s belief in people is exemplified by arranging both a summer and winter holiday for staff, taking care of all arrangements for staff including flights, hotel, meals and equipment hire.

Peldon Rose hold an annual kick-off event for all staff, which includes awards for individual excellence and updates about the progress of the business. The company also makes effort to engage staff with their values, and recently appointed Change Champions to ensure their recent move to new premises goes as smoothly as possible.

Peldon Rose organise an annual winter ski holiday for staff, taking care of all arrangements including flights, hotels, equipment hire, ski lessons, meals and transfers. Experienced skiers partner with absolute beginners during the trip, which has proved incredibly effective at building lasting bonds.
