Pennington Choices are a multi-disciplinary organisation providing a wide range of property-related professional services nationally to the public and private sectors.
They were set up in 2000 by Managing Director Mark Seaborn, an experienced and respected senior executive working in the housing sector. Mark wanted to give housing providers housing consultancy, building and quantity surveying and asset-management services.
Today, the firm employs 65 property surveyors, auditors, inspectors and consultants supported by a network of associates. Three other strategically placed offices in Birmingham, Kent and Glasgow allow the company to offer asset management and building surveying on a national basis.
The firm provides professional specialists to interpret data recorded from property compliance and condition surveys. They guide and advise clients about their property-management obligations and investment strategies.
