About PeoplePlus

PeoplePlus run a number of frontline public services including employment support, skills training, apprenticeships, independent living, and prison education on behalf of the government, as well as recruitment, training and development and wellbeing solutions to employers.

PeoplePlus was established in 2016 following the acquisition and merger of 3 businesses. PeoplePlus focus on three core elements: They help people transform their lives; help people get jobs and keep jobs; and help people to develop their careers.

They do this through a range of public services and contracts that support thousands of customers, service users, clients and learners every year. Their ambition is to directly impact the lives of 1 million people by the end of 2022.

PeoplePlus is different and unique to any other organisation because of its people. And in recognition of this, the organisation makes an effort to constantly reward people for their efforts.

As an organisation, PeoplePlus are always looking for innovative ways of recognising their team members.
