Pertemps Recruitment Partnership provide recruitment and staffing solutions to clients in the private and public sectors. They provide temporary, permanent and contract jobs to candidates.

For over 55 years the name of Pertemps has been synonymous with temporary and permanent recruitment. Pertemps was founded by Constance Watts who opened the first branch in Temple Street, Birmingham, with just £500. By 1970, a second office had opened in Wolverhampton.

Today, Pertemps is one of the largest independent recruitment business in the country and is known as a leading staffing provider of talent within the business, as well as a leading provider of managed solutions.

The legacy of Constance Watts lives on in the family values that underpin the company's culture, with all employees following a set of ten core principles: loyalty; commitment; trust & respect; flexibility; integrity; resilience & determination; pioneering; accountability; team spirited; and finally, fun.

The Pertemps Management Development Programme incorporates the new Government approved Apprenticeship standard with an embedded formal Diploma in Management. The programme duration is a minimum of 15-months and delivered using a blended learning approach.
