Executive Sales Professional Course, this programme aims to equip delegates with the key skills required to competently and professionally progress a customer enquiry from the original point of contact through to the sale and eventual handover over of the new / used vehicle whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. The course is accredited by Napier University and recognised by our Manufacturer companies as being industry standard training. Manufacturer Training - Colleagues are also encouraged to undertake training through each manufacturer partner which consists of Product, Customer experience, Selling and Enquiry Management Courses. These are run regionally with the Manufacturer and ensure that colleague and branch is aware of the expectations of the manufacturer requirements.. Sales Rookie Programme - The rookie programme has intakes 3 times per year, and was designed to encourage people who don’t have car sales experience to get into the industry, giving them opportunity to take part in an intense training programme over a 6 month period that will allow them to become fully fledged Sales Advisors. They also spend time in each department so they have a full understanding of every role within the Dealership and how their role impacts on other teams. Most of our Rookies are still with us and have grown their career with the majority selling vehicles successfully or are now in Management positions.
Giving Something Back
Giving Something Back
On day 2 of the Company’s Induction all new colleagues attend a Giving Back day at the Salvation Army, here they volunteer with community action tasks such as gardening, litter picking, painting/decorating houses, working in schools and help to arrange other community based activities to improve the environmental area and transform lives. Every year the company support’s Children in Need and all dealerships have fun in raising up to £40,000! All new colleagues are also given £100 to donate to a charity of their choice when the join the Company. This year the company also donated 600 school bags filled with all the essentials such as pens, pencils, paper, rubbers, calculator and rulers for both primary and secondary children. This has a huge impact on some of the most vulnerable children who are often teased and bullied, therefore often go truant or at the very best don’t have the basics needed to do their homework or school stuff, meaning they fall further behind. Each dealership works closely with a Charity Partner of their choice, throughout the year colleagues fundraise, volunteer and raise awareness to help these charities to continue doing the wonderful work they are.
