About Phoebus Software Ltd

Phoebus Software (PSL) are a market-leading provider of agile technologies to the loan-servicing, banking and lending sectors within the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

Founded in 1989 as a subsidiary of a merchant bank, the Solihull company has grown to be a major specialist software supplier, delivering innovative and seamless solutions to a range of businesses with around 200 staff under Executive Chairman Robert Lintonbon and Managing Director Paul Hunt.

More than 25 lenders, banks and building societies use PSL’s technology, which services about £30 billion of assets in the UK.

Few companies put staff wellbeing more at the heart of their thinking. The new 15,000-sq-ft offices at Lansdowne Gate feature a wellbeing room for prayer, reading, yoga or playing the guitar, and a games room.

There are standing-desks, free gym membership and a calendar of wellbeing events such as lifestyle coaching and guitar lessons.
