Pico Technology are the market leading manufacturer of PC based oscilloscopes and automotive diagnostic equipment. Founded in 1991, Pico have grown in both personnel and product range. Whilst Pico has grown, it still maintains the family feel that makes Pico such a great place to work.
All employees go through a rigorous induction program that means they meet with representatives from every department from marketing through to software development to purchasing. This means that any new starters get a feel for how every department contributes to the success of the company and how all departments are just as important to the others.
Pico try to make the working environment as pleasurable as possible, with free food and drink in the kitchen, table tennis table, pool table, arcade machines and a foosball table as well.
All employees are given the tools relevant to their role, as well as ergonomic equipment suited to them. Pico encourage all relevant employees to utilise alternate Wednesdays with 'blue sky' development time to work on inspirational projects as part of a team or individually.
Social events are a regular occurrence at Pico Technology through the sports and social committee. Recently these have included, quad biking, wakeboarding, haunted houses, chilli farms as well as the annual Christmas party.
