At Ponti's management tool kits and resources are provided with online access to online HR resources and they ensure they provide support for colleagues continual professional development. They run their own internal Management Development course which includes people management. Ponti's encourage 360 feedback and devote a great deal of time to support people in influencing positive performance and behaviours. The Head of HR and Chefs have external mentors and the Chief Executive and Head of HR attend best practice sharing events with industry leaders. Ponti's believe that by living their REACH values they create people managers at every level.
