Premier Group are a privately-owned recruitment agency with four UK and one international offices, providing a bespoke and consultative staffing solution across the media, IT and engineering sectors.

Set up in 2000, Premier Group now has offices in London, Reading, Birmingham, Manchester and New York.

Premier Group is now a leading global recruitment agency, with 100 staff under Chairman Andrew Woosnam and Managing Director Ben Broughton. They offer high-quality recruitment services to the whole of the UK, continental Europe and America. Further expansion in the UK, Europe and the US is planned.

The company’s focus is on delivering a comprehensive recruitment solution across the IT, media, engineering and HR sectors, keeping the entire process of hiring staff as smooth and efficient as possible.

As part of the APSCO external training package there is also a coaching element where trainers visit the managers in their offices to provide support and maintain a relationship should further coaching be needed over email or telephone. All new managers get a mentor.

A blended in-house, four-month learning program, IMPACT, consists of classroom-based learning, job shadowing, coaching, online assessments, role plays and activities. All trainees get the key skills and experience to build a name for themselves in the industry.

Three gatherings a year are fully subsidised by the business in different locations. They vary from sports competitions, to black-tie balls and office parties. They also ensure that each office gathers once a month for small incentives such as dinner or a team-bonding activity.
