Premier Group are a privately-owned recruitment agency with four UK and one international offices, providing a bespoke and consultative staffing solution across the media, IT and engineering sectors.

Set up in 2000, Premier Group now has offices in London, Reading, Birmingham, Manchester and New York.

Premier Group is now a leading global recruitment agency, with 100 staff under Chairman Andrew Woosnam and Managing Director Ben Broughton. They offer high-quality recruitment services to the whole of the UK, continental Europe and America. Further expansion in the UK, Europe and the US is planned.

The company’s focus is on delivering a comprehensive recruitment solution across the IT, media, engineering and HR sectors, keeping the entire process of hiring staff as smooth and efficient as possible.

All managers take part in their management IMPACT training course, coaching them on how to develop themselves as leaders and to get the best out of their teams. APSCo trainers visit the managers in their offices to provide support and further coaching, while employee feedback is taken into account when appraising their performance.

The firm offers a blended in-house learning programme called IMPACT, consisting of classroom-based learning, job shadowing, coaching, online assessments, role-plays and activities. Staff can also receive funding to work towards accreditations from external organisations such as APSCo and CIPD.
