About Price Bailey Chartered Accountants

Price Bailey are an award-winning, top-30 accountancy and business-advisory firm serving private clients and regional, national and international businesses.

Set up in 1938, the Bishop’s Stortford company is run by Managing Director Martin Clapson and a board of four other directors. They oversee around 300 employees, 27 Partners and 56 trainees.

Today, Price Bailey have offices throughout East Anglia, London and Guernsey. They serve local SMEs, private clients and regional, national and international businesses.

The firm offers consultancy and planning skills as well as traditional accounting services and has always had a modern approach to business. They were one of the first firms in the UK to adopt the Limited Liability Partnership approach, which has helped them improve their management structure.

They now work with a democratically elected board of directors, chosen from the members. The result is that clients benefit because they are more responsive than ever to changes in the business environment.
