Prospero Recruitment are a UK and international staffing and training consultancy focused on the education, technical, engineering and social care sectors.

Prospero are a medium-sized London agency formed in 2000 and employing more than 100 staff in nine UK and two international offices. The firm has doubled in size every year for the last three years and continues to grow and invest.

Chief Executive Officer of Prospero Group is Rob Grays, Chair of the Education Group for APSCo. Prospero Technical are based in Bristol and Cardiff, Engineering in Bristol, and the Health and Social Care division in London, Cardiff, Bristol, Birmingham and Southampton.

Prospero keep staff motivated with commission for gross profit of placements combined with acknowledgement for targets achieved or performance in a weekly round-up internal email. Employees also get sector-specific away days and company-wide events.

These are timetabled around workloads - for example, Prospero Teaching’s South East region visited Go Ape in Battersea on the first day of half-term.
