The CEO runs face to face quarterly updates including a Q&A session and writes a weekly 'Wow, what a week' update, that is sent to all employees. He has an identical desk to the rest of the employees and is approachable. He actively engages with team members and gets involved with events including triathlons and sponsored runs.

They have monthly drinks and pizza in the office to encourage new starters to meet the team and for employees to interact on a social level. Teams also organise specific celebratory events and have regular nights out, lunches and parties. Teams are rewarded for their performance and they have given out prizes including a trip to South Africa to a Lions match.
