Pythagoras provide digital-transformation programmes to local and regional government, higher education and not-for-profit sectors.

Set up in 1999, Pythagoras today have offices in London, Birmingham and Maidenhead and employ 140 members of staff under Chief Executive Officer Julian Stone.

The company is a leading UK Microsoft Gold Partner, delivering tailored, integrated and strategic solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Office 365 and Yammer to leading organisations.

With market-leading expertise across their consultants, support and IP team, Pythagoras empower their clients from the initial outlining of their business case through to ongoing live support following implementation.

There’s an annual appraisal programme for formalised objective setting and ongoing mentoring and coaching from both line managers and HR. There are monthly meetings for middle managers to give them leadership training, and they can work collaboratively to improve their performance.
