About Q5

Q5 help business leaders build better businesses. They work with clients to help them create the organisations of the future, delivering significant organisation benefit and making a sustainable difference.

Q5 was born in 2009, the brainchild of four friends wanting things done differently, during the worst financial crisis in generations. They believed they could help businesses respond to the challenges confronting them, with benefits that lasted beyond the four quarters of the financial year... into 'Q5'.

Today, Q5 have nearly 200 employees and offices in London, New York, Sydney and Hong Kong.

Q5 provide expert analysis and dramatic new strategies, while ensuring the right people are put in the right place. The Q5 DNA assures clients that each project would bring lasting change.

All staff receive a contractual bonus and a generous discretionary bonus. Employees get two paid-for off-site meetings a year, one in London, the other in Europe - a way of getting everyone together to celebrate success.

What is it like to work for Q5

Leadership
Leadership
Leaders co-created the values/principles of the organisation and have enabled them to grow and flourish. Conversations around strategic priorities, recruitment, personal development, resource allocation and which charities to support are driven by the values.
My Manager
My Manager
There’s a forward-looking, overarching training and development plan allowing team members to schedule learning activities alongside their client project work. These are a combination of internal masterclasses run by the team and external training provider sessions.
My Team
My Team
Collaborative working is key, right across the team. There are a flexible number of ways to interact: through the Q5er (an internal Google+ community), Global Espresso video calls, Slack, WhatsApp, Google Hangouts and a monthly team meeting outside the office hosted by a different Q5er.
