What is it like to work for Quanta Consultancy Services

Leadership
Leadership
Managers pursue a flat organisational structure with very little hierarchy, meaning business leaders remain visible, approachable and able to provide support when required. Company-wide roundup meetings on Fridays help promote open communication, with staff encouraged to provide feedback to the board, and to mingle with them during company social events.
Giving Something Back
Giving Something Back
A number of colleagues have been nominated as environmental champions to support the firm’s various green initiatives, including waste reduction, recycling and energy-saving efforts. The firm also supports various charitable initiatives, with DENS, The Pepper Foundation, Thomley and The Swan Youth Project selected as beneficiaries last year.
My Company
My Company
The company has a ‘Heroes Board’, through which staff can nominate colleagues for exceptional work and potentially earn them rewards. A giant Q has been set up in the office, where every member of the team places a handprint - another way of bringing everyone together. Regular meetings, seminars and updates help improve this cohesion further.
