Queens Cross Housing Association are a community-based provider of social housing, housing support and social regeneration services to the diverse community in the north-west of Glasgow.
They provide nearly 4,300 homes in the area, with properties including multi-storey flats, deck access properties and tenements. Their Older People's Service provides nearly 500 homes for older people in the community.
In addition, their Council for Homeless Young People (CHYP) project provides supported accommodation for 13 young people aged 16 to 21 years, and their Fire Station Project supports up to 40 vulnerable young adults.
They have an inclusive approach to business planning, with employees involved at the planning stage through the use of briefing and 'pop up' sessions that allowed staff to contribute to the development of the most recent business plan. In total, 165 employees attended a briefing session and 59 employees attended a 'pop up' session.
