About Quint Group Ltd

Quint Group own and operate a number of fintech businesses and online consumer brands, providing market-leading technology for the consumer-finance sector.

The group was founded in 2009 by Chief Executive Officer Greg Cox, in response to a rapidly changing consumer-finance environment driven by advancements in technology, the emergence of alternative lenders and a shift to online operating models.

Based in offices in Cheshire and London with over 100 staff, Quint have brands in USA, Poland, China, South Africa and Australia. Quint uses proprietary technologies to power a portfolio of leading online fintech businesses in the consumer credit sector.

Quint are all about embracing and driving change. They’re adding to their fintech businesses and brands by expanding into a number of new international territories and products with a real focus on driving growth in new data businesses.

Everyone has regular performance-review meetings with their line manager. There are monthly one-to-one catch-ups and a formal performance review each quarter including agreeing SMART objectives. For managers, behaviour is assessed and they’re measured on how they impact on the culture of the business.

Pregnant ladies have extra catch-ups with their managers and HR to ensure they are okay and they’re offered reduced working hours towards the end of their pregnancy. New parents get a company gift and are kept in regular contact and still attend company events.
