Quod are a specialist, independent consultancy at the cutting-edge of planning and development economics.

Founded in 2010, Quod today employ 80 professionals advising on all aspects of planning, development economics, socio-economics and environmental assessments from offices in London and Leeds.

Quod’s client base includes Argent, Barratt Homes, Bericote, IKEA, Land Securities, Legal and General, Lend Lease, Places for People and Travis Perkins. They also advise some of the country’s largest infrastructure providers including EDF Energy, Thames Water, Transport for London (TfL) and Heathrow Airport Limited.

Quod advise on a wide range of planning issues, providing a bespoke service to suit any requirement and adding particular value to larger or more complex projects requiring a strategic approach.

They uniquely combine mainstream planning advice with industry-leading expertise on socio-economic issues, environmental assessments, infrastructure and development economics including affordable housing and viability.
