About Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity

Rainbow Trust are a voluntary organisation providing services to families with a life-threatened or terminally ill child. Working collaboratively with other agencies, the organisation looks to improve the family’s experience from diagnosis, through treatment, bereavement and beyond.

Rainbow Trust recognise that people are their most important asset. All employees are of equal value and have the right to be respected for the skills and expertise they bring to the organisation.

Three key values have been identified that all employees are expected to live by: We listen….to staff, families and supporters and are aware of their individual needs. We work in an inclusive way…we work in an open way and value each person’s contribution. We do the right thing…we aspire to do the right thing even when it is difficult and strive to work in an honest and transparent way at all times.

Chief Executive Zillah Bingley joined Rainbow Trust in January 2017.
