Based in Godalming, Surrey, Ramsac are an IT company that help their clients get the best out of technology. They implement, manage and support secure, resilient, flexible IT solutions.

Founded in 1992, Ramsac work with SMEs, offering them strategic IT input, proactive management, jargon-free IT support and an efficient way of growing their organisations.

Ramsac manage everything, so clients can get on with running their business, with a 24-hour service that takes the stress out of managing technology. Services include designing a new infrastructure, migrating services to the cloud, implementing new phone systems or providing IT support.

Under Rob May, Managing Director and founder, Ramsac now have almost 30 years of IT experience and a team of 60 IT experts.

There’s a family feel at Ramsac, with events such as a summer party, with staff invited to bring their families (and dogs) for a BBQ, bar, disco, hog roast and play event.

Ramsac run regular workshops, training sessions and mentoring for all colleagues. They have a policy of hands-on management, with managers leading by example. Ramsac share the results of the staff-engagement and Q12 surveys openly and hold quarterly 'town hall' briefings.

Ramsac offer coaching, external mentoring, monthly mentoring with the MD and access to the Ramsac Business School. The firm carries out an annual employee survey, plus the Gallup Q12 - 12 questions that measure what matters to staff - which is assessed by line managers.

The Ramsac Business School is a cross-department programme of personal development. It’s a voluntary scheme open to all, with a 12-month programme of training and events centred around improving self-awareness, developing self-confidence and learning about leadership and management.
