About Reassured Ltd

Reassured are a large telephone-based intermediary specialising in life insurance. They help 200,000 clients a year across the UK find the right cover for their needs.

Set up when Chief Executive Officer Steve Marshall spotted an opportunity in the life-insurance market, Reassured employ over 300 people across their Basingstoke, Portsmouth and Manchester sites, with plans to grow to 450 by the end of 2018.

Reassured are the sales force behind major brands such as Sunlife, Cavendish and Swinton. Reassured convert higher than their competitors, with high standards in compliance and market-leading customer and quality measures.

The firm’s mission for 2018 is to protect over 200,000 families in the UK. They have a culture of being direct, hardworking, professional and good-humoured.

There’s a commitment to personal development, with all 28 operational managers promoted internally. The new Learning Management System provides e-learning opportunities for all employees, with a specific programme for managers and team leaders.
