About Recruitment and Employment Confederation

The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) lead the way in defining better recruitment standards and practice, along with what is truly needed to build a world-class jobs market.

As the professional body for recruitment, the REC are determined to make businesses more successful by helping them secure the people they need.

The REC are the largest trade association representing the UK’s recruitment and staffing industry. They are absolutely passionate and totally committed in this pursuit for recruiters, employers, and the people they hire.

As part of the organisation’s aim to be a great place to work, they invite staff to make the most of a series of training and development opportunities, while ensuring flexibility is at the heart of what it does.

Chief Executive Kevin Green holds CEO lunches in which he invites an employee out to lunch to discuss their feelings about working for the organisation.
