Bristol-based RedRock Consulting provide recruitment and managed services to the UK IT industry. They’ve been helping clients by creating dynamic, multi-disciplinary workforces for over 20 years.

Success has been down to sound technology project sourcing, plus access to the very best talent. This means the company are uniquely placed to build powerful digital and transformation teams.

RedRock have a huge pool of talent and experience to draw on, so what they can do isn’t confined to pre-set rate cards and off-the-shelf packages. They consult and collaborate with clients closely to decide what outcomes are required, and by when.

Co-founder and Managing Director of the business is Dean Harte, leading RedRock to a turnover in excess of £30m and a working contractor base of more than 300.
