About Regenda Homes

Regenda are a housing association owning and managing over 13,000 properties in the north west. Most of these are social rented housing; however, the company also has over 30 Independent Living schemes for older people and 160 supported homes as well as shared ownership, market rented and outright sale properties.

Regenda aim to support their residents to realise their full potential and to ensure they have the best possible quality of life in healthy, safe, prosperous and sustainable communities. They work with a range of partner organisations to provide affordable housing and to achieve sustainable community regeneration.

On top of this, the dedication strives to promote a happy and flexible working environment for all staff, and is passionate about hosting fun and inventive events to promote teamwork. Events include stress management workshops, bake sales and a charity mountain climb.

Dr Michael R Birkett has been Chief Executive at Regenda since March 2014.
