ResQ is an outsourced contact centre. Clients will outsource their contact centre services which means that ResQ will make and take calls on their behalf, promoting and selling their products and services.
They are a privately owned family business with in excess of 1000 employees across two centres. They work for well known FTSE 100 brands, representing them and speaking to their customers on their behalf. ResQ have a great people culture where people can develop and grow and believe strongly in home grown talent.
ResQ believe so strongly in career development, that they have established with a local college a remedial programme for candidates who have been unsuccessful during their interview process to enable them to learn the skills required and on completion, are allowed the opportunity to re-apply.
