The senior management teams are always out and about in the business on a daily basis engaging with the frontline teams and managers. Bound by the 'manager promises', these are promises that  frontline teams wanted the senior team to make as they felt it would improve their relationships and working environment. The executive team keep the company  values alive through reviewing progress of their managers on a regular basis and creating development plans and objectives that work towards our overall goal.

The impressions training not only prepares employees for dealing with customers and clients but gives them valuable 'life skills' around communication and behaviour that they can take with them throughout their careers and in their personal lives. It creates consistency throughout everything that they do and leads them to develop further through Operational Excellence or management development programmes such as Supervisor Passport (Associate to Supervisor) , Accelerate (Supervisor to Junior Manager) or Evolve (Junior Manager to Senior Manager). The company also offers bite size '90 minute sessions' that are aimed at all management levels and are designed to increasing knowledge, confidence and skills in a variety of management topics. These sessions include investigations & note-taking, performance reviews, performance management, recruitment and selection and giving feedback. The company ask managers at regular points throughout the year for other topics that they would benefit from some additional support with and this helps to shape the development of new sessions.

The company's impressions star cards are used throughout the business on the frontline, each associate is given a business card on one side are the principles and behaviours and the other a 'loyalty' style stamp space. All senior managers within the business carry a stamp so that when they see brilliant service being delivered it can be recognised instantly on the spot. Completing a star card entitles the associate to a personalised reward. The company  also use their  annual service awards where we recognise the achievements of our teams.
